Lumbani Mbale is a Malawian born lawyer and an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive experience in International Business Law, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory (Mergers and Acquisitions, IPO’s and listings, Debt Finance), General Civil Litigation, Mining and Energy Law, Real Security Law, amongst others

He has advised and facilitated on numerous high value commercial transactions across Africa. Mr Mbale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an LLB from the University of Malawi and University of Witwatersrand respectively.

Mr Mbale also serves on various boards of private companies in Executive Non Executive and company secretarial roles. He is the founder of the Firm and is directly involved in the firm’s day to day operations, leading its growth, strategy and client service.
