Kondwani Chris Soko is a Legal Associate at LM & Company Attorneys, where he advises and represents clients in a broad range of civil and commercial matters. He is admitted to the Malawi Bar after completing his legal training at the Malawi Institute of Legal Education. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
Kondwani’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and advisory work, with particular experience in labour law, insurance law, energy and mining law, and general commercial transactions. He has acted in matters involving unfair dismissal, personal injury, and contractual disputes, and is regularly engaged in the preparation of legal opinions, pleadings, and court submissions.
Prior to admission, he gained regional and cross-border experience through engagements with Busoro & Company in Nairobi, Kenya, FEMCOM (COMESA Secretariat) in Malawi, and LegalWise in Johannesburg, South Africa. This exposure has informed his understanding of both domestic and cross-border legal and commercial frameworks.
